Fifty Shades Of Colour #13!

Hello beauties! Day 13! Today I wanted a really gorgeous warm smokey look to accentuate my brown eyes.

I used my VIVO Artist Palette. I love these colours!! I used the beige for my base, then to vamp it up the black for the edge, a touch of the cream base to highlight below my brow, a line of gel liner and there we are!

Fifty Shades Of Colour 12!

This is actually going quite fast! Heres my look for today, an ice queen image popped into my head! I could of gone all out but was heading out-dont want to scare people now!

I focused on using my VIVO Artist palette. I love this palette! My focus colour was the blue shade! I used the purple over my lid, then with the blue I created an icy flick! I used my MUA white pencil on my lower lash line to intensify the look, whilst the blue pencil was smudged into my blue shadow to add depth. Finally I used the white shade as a highlighter below my brow line and mascara to complete the look.
Focus colour
White as the highlighter, purple for the lid.
Hope you all enjoyed this look! I love to hear what you think and your comments mean so much to me, I really like to hear your views and any ideas or tips are welcome!!

Fifty Shades Of Colour #9!!

Hello gorgeous friends/followers and readers!

Today I wanted a simple look so opted for one shade, my VIVO Baked Palette! Review due soon! I picked the creamy purple shade, it is a soft shade with a slight shimmer.

I applied MAC Select Cover up all over my lid and under the eye, I then applied the focus shade all over the lid, two flicks of Maybelline Gel Liner and mascara for my lashes. Finally, I used my MAC Belightful shimmer powder under my brow, on my lower lash line and in the corners of my eye to open up and create a warm shimmery look.

What do you all think? Its quite a soft subtle look, hope you like it! A xxx

Vivo review! Pt 2!

Hi everyone! Hope you had a fab weekend! So here is my Vivo part 2 haul. Artist On The Go Blush, Bronze & Eye Palette, for ladies on the go! It comes in a compact, with a clear mirror, which I love! The palette has two blushers, a bronzer, powder and nine eyeshadows and was only £6.99. I was really excited to try these out as they look fantastic and for the price I hoped it was a bargain product that I could repurchase as well as a dupe for the MAC and Urban Decay palettes. This palette consists of both matte and shimmery eyeshadows. The pigments are good and have proven to last! The palette has two blushers, one bright pink and one coral tone which both go on with ease and last most of the day. The bronzer is quite dark, so I have only used a little, but I am also going to test this bronzer out with contouring, something I am yet to try out as have never contoured but looks great on the youtube videos that I have seen. The palette has a powder which gives light coverage, I quite like a medium coverage so this didnt do what I would have liked but it was soft to the skin and easy to apply. All the products within the palette are pigmented well and are very soft. I really like this palette and its proving to be a staple for me so far this month! See images below for the swatches. My arm with all the eyeshadows goes left to right as in the palette, first row followed by second then by third if that makes sense?! I would recommend this product and what a bargain!!

Do you own any Vivo products? If so what do you recommend?

Vivo!! Makeup bargains review....pt 1.

Hey guys!

So here is a Vivo haul! The newest addition to Tescos makeup aisle. I first saw this with my mama in Tesco, I was amazed at the price but wary about the quality....so I thought I would have a look. Heres part 1, the lipsticks.

Vivo Barely There lipstick £1.99

This lipstick is a light shade with a pinky hint. It doesnt really suit me and would probably need some lip gloss to give it a finished look as it didnt seem to sit well on my lips, if that makes sense! Its soft and applies well but doesnt last long, the packaging isnt finished well with some chips or scratches but then for this price the quality is what I was interested in rather then packaging. I dont think I would purchase this again, I would probably just save a bit more for another brand.

Vivo Very Berry lipstick £1.99

This is my favourite out of both shades! The colour is more suited to me, looks better on my lips as it doesnt go in my lines. It is rich and moisturising for my lips but yet again does not last long. Shame as it is a nice colour, yet again I wont be buying again as I would need to reapply loads throughout the day.

Swatches!

To the left is Very Berry and to the right is Barely there.

Will be doing a review on the Vivo eyeshadows! So watch this space
