Perfect Summer Scent..

Who loves Anthropology? Urmmm ME!!! I adore everything about the shop it is just divine and having one local to me is fabulous!
I found it hard to find a perfume for my wedding but found one in Anthropology from the brand Royal Apothic, I fell in love with the whole range of perfumes available from floral to spicy and sweet. For Christmas I was lucky to get this in my stocking, thank you father Christmas! I adore the scent of rose and rarely find the scent to be like walking into a rose garden until I met this little bottle.

The bottle is packaged in a fabric holder which has a piece of fabric you pull to reveal the pretty hand bag friendly bottle. The bottle is a beautiful ombre colour with a handy spray.

The scent is like someone has picked a fresh rose from the garden, it is the best rose scent I have come across, I am in love! This is perfect for spring/summer.

Top Notes:

Bergamot
Grapefruit
Rose Petal

Middle Notes:

Linden
Flower
Geranium

Base Notes:

Vanilla
Black Orchid

How handy is this that they feature on the back of the box? I rarely see perfume companies put the exact notes for all to see.

So if you are looking for a beautiful scent in pretty packaging go visit Anthropology for all the scents available in full size or a handy clutch bag size.

Size featured is 10ml at £18.00 which I have had since Christmas and used weekly so does last as you don't need a lot of the product to be able to smell it through the day.

Review: Yves Rocher

Hello beautiful readers,

Hope you are all well. I am so excited for christmas and trying to get all the finishing touches completed. Todays review is around a brand, Yves Rocher a french brand that brings glamour and great value. I was lucky enough to be sent these three products.

Yves Rocher Lipstick.

This moisturising lipstick is in the shade Rose Alba. This particular lipstick is quite sheer, it adds a subtle pink finish to the lips, in comparison with MAC finishes it is a frost finish. The lipstick is such a pretty colour, it left my lips moisturised but I did need to reapply frequently.

Yves Rocher Flowerparty by night perfume.

I normally go for particular brands of perfume and never think to order from places like Yves Rocher especially when I cant smell the scents. I opened the box to find a cute flower top detail bottle, it looked expensive. It stated it was a "spicy night time version with an addictive liquorice accent". I sprayed this scent and I cant stress enough how beautiful this scent is, has now become one of  my favourite scents, it is long lasting  and such a gorgeous unusual scent. It is floral but sweet which is perfect, it has a subtle spicy note. I adore this and wear it everyday. Would highly recommend this.

You can buy the perfume here. It is currently on offer for only £19.00.

Yves Rocher Mascara.

Yves Rocher waterproof mascara. This mascara is stating is is a "lash plumping" mascara, I have to admit I dont feel this mascara necessarily gives yours lashes an oomph, but it definately lengthens. I love the brush, it separates the lashes and defines each lower lash which is something I need for my lashes. It is waterproof and didnt budge when water was applied, yet is not hard to take off with eye makeup remover. I still think the Yves Rocher Sexy Pump mascara is my favourite.

Review: Yves Rocher Eau De Toilette

Hello Loveys,

How are you all? Its been a while since I have blogged, I have struggled with juggling everything so had to put my blog to the back of my mind but it is very much a loved part of my life and was itching to get back into it!

Todays post is a review on the *Yves Rocher L'eau Moment de Bonheur a delicate floral fragrance with notes of Centifolia Rose and apple, with a base of Virginia Cedar. The fragrance is described as being "modern and sparkling" which to me means it is a pretty floral but a pretty fragrance for a modern woman.

The bottle is basic, a square shaped clear bottle with a simple green title which matches the green intriguing liquid inside. I spritz this perfume on my skin and found it was fresh yet girley, you can definitely smell the apple and I found it lasted throughout my busy morning. I found it reminded me a lot of the Elizabeth Arden Green Tea and DKNY Apple perfumes, the scent is sweet yet not overpowering.

Review: NSPA Bloom Eau De Toilette

NSPA, Review, Fragrance, Perfume, Pretty, Pink, Floral, Flowers, Rose, SPAHello Loveys,

Todays post is a review on the new fragrances by *NSPA. NSPA is a brand I am a fan of, they are "UKs No.1 Day Spa".

NSPA, Review, Fragrance, Perfume, Pretty, Pink, Floral, Flowers, Rose, SPAThe fragrance featured is Bloom, which states it is a "delicate scent which has its own story reminiscent of blissful bouquets, fresh floras and pretty petals" The packaging is very pretty with a picture of a bouquet of pink flowers on the front with the shade pink being followed throughout. The bottle is a simple yet elegant style, a clear bottle with a silver top and a white floral design. I always prefer it when you can see the perfume in the bottle, I feel it gives it an expensive feel. The fragrance is a sweet floral fragrance, it has "feminine tones" which I agree with, definitely a scent for the spring/summer days when you are walking in a field of flowers whilst wearing a pretty floaty dress.

NSPA, Review, Fragrance, Perfume, Pretty, Pink, Floral, Flowers, Rose, SPAThe scent has Rose, Jasmine, and Tuberose with an essential oil of Vetiver. I would say this is a perfect girley scent, it lasts well but have it in your handbag for a spritz here and there. Some floral scents can remind some people of old grannies, but this does not I can assure you, if so then that is one cool granny!

Have you tried any of the scents?
