Review: Creightons VPro Volume Pro Shampoo and Conditioner

We all want that glossy bouncy hair and finding products to achieve that is proving difficult! So when I got sent these little beauties I was excited to see how my hair would get volume and texture. Creigtons VPro Volume Pro shampoo and conditioner are stated to add texture with the sea salt aspect of the product, thicken and condition the hair with wheat protein which is just what my hair needs being flat and thin!

The shampoo is thick and creamy, it is white in colour and lathers up well, my hair felt soft after rinsing. The shampoo smells sweet and promises to add volume, body and bounce. My favourite part of this shampoo is the luxurious feeling of the product, it feels expensive and gives you the feeling that it will make your hair glossy and that salon feeling.

The conditioner was the product that was not my "cup of tea" the consistency was like milk that has curdled, it had a pleasant sweet smell and did feel like it coated my hair well, but after drying my hair it did not feel like it had been conditioned.
After using these products my hair felt soft and conditioned, my hair did appear to have added volume on the ends but not particularly at my roots but I do have flat hair!

Overall for 99p these are brilliant! I cant believe the price tags! The shampoo is my favourite which I would repurchase, the conditioners consistency put me off and wasn't the best conditioning experience I have had, I want my hair to be glossy and super soft after using a conditioner which I did not get.

Have you ever tried these?

The scent of this product reminds me of marshmallows and sweets, just like the Taylor Swift perfume! I love it, I wish they did a candle in this scent so I didn't have to keep swishing my hair around my face to smell it!

The oil contains

Rose Oil
Carrot Oil
 Chamomile Oil
 Coconut Oil
 Linseed Oil
 Soybean Oil
 Argan Oil
 Tahitensis flower extract

Wow what a combination of oils for your hair! These oils will nourish and help repair your hair, which I feel is true, as my hair feels so silky without looking greasy, it has reduced the appearance of split ends and makes my hair appear glossy!

Review: Sleeprollers! Worth The Hype?

Sleeprollers pink hair rollers review blogger big volume TOWIE Amy ChildsSleeprollers pink hair rollers review blogger big volume girl flowers
Hello Loveys!

Hope you are all fabulous! I have been loving this weather, gorgeous sun and summer clothes are out!

Today I have a special review! SleepRollers! I was lucky to receive some to review. I was super excited when they arrived as heard so much about them within the world of the celebrity with people such as Amy Childs from TOWIE. I opened the box to discover a bright pink haven! A large SleepRollers pink bag, perfect bag to pack for a weekend away! A smaller fabric pink SleepRollers bag, a pouch of hair grips and two packs of SleepRollers! This is the original SleepRollers pack and is only £24.95. Various packs available.

Here is the link

http://shop.sleepinrollers.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=5_27&product_id=367

SleepRollers are stated to make you "sleep in comfort and wake up to hair with body and bounce". I was worried about the comfort as they are quite big!

My SleepRollers Experience.
sleeprollers pink review hair dull blogger whispersfromangels
Before SleepRollers!

The first time I tried these I had a real headache putting them in! They were fiddly and did not seem to stay put, and to make matters worse I also did not sleep at all! It was uncomfortable and I got frustrated. In the morning when I took the SleepRollers out I wasnt hugely pleased as my hair didnt have much volume, nor did I have "great hair". BUT......the second time I tried it.........

Sleeprollers pink hair rollers review blogger big volume
The SleepRollers are in!! Not attractive ey!

So after my first failed experience I decided to try these again, I washed my hair, dried it straight and brushed out all my knots. I sectioned each part of hair and put less on each roller. I used the hair grips to help hold up the rollers. My nights sleep was much better, I think they way I placed the SleepRollers helped as I found I could sleep comfortably without a roller hurting the back of my neck. I woke up and was hopeful, I found it easier to undo each roller and brushed my fingers through each section whilst spraying hairspray all over. The result was fabulous! I loved it! My hair had volume and bounce, something that doesnt exist with my hair! The rollers transformed my hair and made me feel like I had celeb hair! I would recommend these to all my friends and family, and my advice is dry your hair straight and dont put too much hair on each roller.

The Result!

So as you can see my hair is bouncy, full of volume and added curl! I love it!
What do you think?
Would you or have you used these?

Review: Twisted Sista Hair Products!

Hello loveys,

How are you all?
Thought I would share my thoughts on these *hair products!

hair, product, review, twistedsista, argan oil, lychee, free from, green tea
hair, product, review, twistedsista, argan oil, lychee, free from, green tea
Twistedsista is a company from London that has created products for "a diverse mix of hair types". The formulas are sulphate and paraben free, and "packed full of superstar ingredients to cleanse, moisture, calm and control attitude hair". Products are available from Tesco and range from £3.99-4.99.

Twistedsista Hot Curls Perfector.

This spray is is for curly or waved hair. It states is "enhances curls" and protects from hear and uv damage enabling hair to hold the curls and reduces frizz.

This spray is great! I was so pleased! It contains green tea which is an anti oxidant that protects against uv radiation  and argan oil which helps keep hair soft and strong. I used the spray whilst Tom hair was damp before I dried it. The scent had a sweet note that I couldn't put my finger on then when I read the I ingredients in depth I saw it had lychee extract and that's the scent! Lychee helps reduce colour fading and protects the hair against oxygen radical stress. My hair did appear to have reduced frizz and felt softer. My hair can be quite frizzy and this helped reduce this problem which I was pleased with! I would repurchase this product and for only £4.99 150ml it's a bargain!

Twistedsista Straightening Thermal Perfector

This spray is for all hair types. It states it straightens curly or wavy hair, protects against thermal damage, improves smoothness of hair whilst reducing friction for easier combing. It contains, like the Hot Curls Protector, lychee, green tea and argon oil. I sprayed this on my damp hair before drying. This product did help straighten my hair and it held the style all day which really impressed me as I was doubtful it would achieve this. The product is not sticky, but whether it protected my hair against loss I was not so sure as my hair does fall out and continued to do so. Overall I would rate this product and repurchase. £4.99 150ml.

Twistedsista Straightening Blow Dry Cream

This cream is for use with all hair types. It states it prevents frizz, maintains style, repairs hair cuticles, increase hair strength and protects from uv damage. It also states that it moisturises scalp and hair whilst providing emolliency and lubricity. What an impressive list!! As above products is contains lychee, green tea and argan oil so great ingredients for our hair.
I would apply this cream whilst my hair was damp and then would blow dry. It added extra volume to my hair, the texture of the cream is super silly and non sticky. I did worry about it making my roots greasy as I do have hair that is prone to greasy roots! And yes it did make my roots greasy so I used this a couple of inches below my roots which prevented this from happening. I did like the consistency of this product, I would repurchase this as it made my hair so soft and added volume. £4.99 100ml.

DGJ Organics Berutti Oil with Argan Oil Review

                                                                                     Hello Loveys,

Hair Oil Berutti Oil DGJ Organic Argan Oil ReviewIf you have watched my February Favourites video then you would have seen this product! *DGJ Organics Berutti Oil to "nourish and help restore hair's natural beauty". This is a hair oil that you apply to damp hair after washing. The oil has a sweet scent that reminds me of Hubba Bubba Gum! A little goes along way and lasts until I have washed my hair again. I love this oil! I feel it nourishes my hair and gives it a boost of shine! My man has commented on how lovely my hair looks and I gave a bottle to a friend who is obsessed with it! This oil is a must have in a hair care routine. It contains Organic Argan oil which helps with hair growth and health of your hair. I apply this to the ends of hair which have been dull and dry, with this oil my ends are healthly, shiny and easy to manage. I will definately be repurchasing this.

Milk_shake Hair Conditioner Review

Hello Loveys!

My hair has been dry and lifeless and didnt feel satisfied with conditioners so was excited when I found this in a beauty box!! I have to admit I had not heard of this brand before and was intrigued by the name Milk_shake, which to me says creamy and yummy! The conditioner is from Italia and has simple clean line packaging in white which stands out amongst the array of colours on offer on the high street. The conditioner is a "no rinse conditioning and protective creamy foam for all hair types". No rinse?! How exciting! I have never tried or heard of this kind of formula and due to my hair not liking conditioners at the moment I was excited to try this so as quick as I could I introduced this into my routine.

Milkshake Leave in conditioner review
Milkshake Conditioner

The can has a nozzle like that you can find on squirty cream cans which I thought was fun, and also easy to use. The product comes out gently and isnt messy at all which I find with other mousse products.  The scent is the exact scent of the milk bottle sweets you can get! I could smell this all day! Its creamy and easy to apply to the hair. I use this when my hair is damp and then dry my hair as normal. The product states it "leaves hair soft, shiny and healthy" which I would agree on, my hair is soft, shiny and feels nourished after using this product! My man now wants to use this! It doesnt make my hair feel weighed down and doesnt leave any residue. I am in love!

I will definately be repurchasing this and recommending it!

DGJ Organics Hair Review

DGJ Organics Shampoo Review
DGJ Organics Shampoo
Hello Loveys!

I have been meaning to do this review for such a long time but kept forgetting! Things are going to get tricky in terms of blogging as I am returning back to work, my maternity is coming to an end. Time really has flown, I remember my baby being born and thinking the return to work was ages away, but here it is! So back to my review.

DGJ Organics Conditoner Review Hair
DGJ Organics Conditioner
*DGJ Organics Hangover Hair is a shampoo and conditioner by Daniel Galvin Junior, with organic lavender essential oils, an "intensive detox for dull, tired and stressed hair" certainly describes my hair so was excited to see the results. The great thing about DGJ is that they use essential oils/extracts and don't use harsh chemicals or contain parabens which can be harmful to our hair.

The shampoo and conditioner definately smell of lavender oils, you can tell the difference between the real deal and fake scents! I am not a fan of lavender but this isnt too overpowering so didnt put me off. The products have clear directions and a promise stating what they are about. An easy lid makes the product easy to use with eye catching packaging.
I enjoyed using these and felt my hair was lighter and not bogged down with product. I found I had to use a lot of the shampoo product to feel it washed my hair, but the conditioner didnt need as much. The products left my hair feeling clean and soft, though I wouldnt say I noticed a great difference from other products I have used. The conditioner did feel silky on application but I did not notice any great improvement from it for the ends of my hair. The hair loss I had been experiencing from the after math of pregnancy had reduced when using this product which was great, so the de-stressing theory is true. I wouldnt rush to repurchase this specific type of shampoo and conditioner but would love to try more from the range.

Have you tried this or any other product from the range?

Aussie 3 minute miracle! Review

Hello loveys! So today I am going to do a review on the Aussie 3 minute miracle conditioner! The lovely Danielle at sunshinesparkle.blogspot.co.uk nominated me to get some samples, so thank you hun!

Aussie 3 minute miracle conditioner states its

"Unique formula, with Australian Balm Mint extract, smoothes split ends and roughened cuticules. It helps transform dry, damaged hair into manageable and shiny locks in just 3 minutes."

As a girl who suffers from dry damaged hair I was keen to see if this would work! So you wash your hair as usual then apply this to your hair and leave for 3 minutes. I loved the smell and took me ages to figure out what the smell was! Then I remembered, Hubba Bubba bubblegum! Its sweet but not overpowering and I could smell it throughout the day.

After rinsing, my hair felt so silky and smooth! Most of my flyaway hair was tamed and my hair was glossy! I really enjoyed this product! It helped restore my hair and it lasted through the day.

Would I repurchase this? Absolutely! Thanks Aussie!

Batiste dry shampoo review

Hello! Hope you are all having a lovely weekend! So, as you all probably know I love Batiste dry shampoo!!! I got sent these two gorgeous cans that I had not tried before! Was so excited!

Secondly- Sassy & Daring Wild! A new addition to the fantastic range! My new favourite! I love this scent! Its sweet and sexy, a hint of floral sweetness with tropical coconut!

What I love about Batiste is not only does it absord excess oil but it the volume it adds to my fine dull hair is fantastic!! The scents are gorgeous and last, I love getting a woosh of the scent as I go about my day. This is the product I swear by and would buy it again and again!

Review Schwarzkopf Gliss Hair Repair!

Hi gorgeous people! So here is my review on the Schwarzkopf Gliss Hair Repair with liquid keratin. I got this for 0.99p on offer in superdrug! And it WORKS!! Yay!!! Finally found something!

It states it is has a "repair-innovation with liquid keratin. The new formula specifically targets and repairs damaged areas on the surface and deep inside the hair."

I use this on damp hair and dry as normal or sometimes I let my hair dry naturally, as the product does not need to be washed out. The scent is a subtle floral scent, the product is not sticky or oily, it sprays with ease and makes my hair a lot less frizzy! It also makes my hair shiny! I am so pleased with this and would recommend to anyone! 10/10!!

Hair! Plum it right up!

So i wanted to dye my hair...red or plum was the question!

I chose plum! I love unique hair! Rihanna is one that changes her hair constantly which is what I used to be like, then i became boring and sensible as I felt I needed to give my hair a rest, but am now feeling rebelious!

I chose L'oreal Plum.....
This colour is gorgeous, it had a deep colour and made my hair feel glossy and luxurious!I would definately recommend this to anyone, the range is value for money and I love how it makes my hair feel.
